Jules Rushworth

Jules Rushworth is the current elected director at John Lewis Partnership. Jules has previously worked for Waitrose & Partners, the Navy Command of the German Navy, and NATO. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and ensuring that all employees are following the company's values. Her previous experience in management and leadership roles have helped their to excel in their current position.

Jules Rushworth has a French Short Course from The Open University in Languages, a German certification from Joint Headquarters Rheindahlen in German Studies, and a Certificate of Higher Education (Naval Studies) from the University of Plymouth. Jules also has a How to be an Effective Employee Director Programme certification from the Employee Ownership Association.
