Pam Campbell is an experienced professional in customer analytics and data science, currently serving as the Head of Customer Analytics at John Lewis Partnership since January 2022. Prior to this role, Pam spent over sixteen years at dunnhumby, where positions included Data Science Manager, Insight Manager, and Senior Analyst/Analyst. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computational Mathematics and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Queueing Theory, both obtained from Glasgow Caledonian University.
