Punit Parmar is a seasoned professional in people analytics and HR insights, currently serving as Partner & People Analytics Manager at John Lewis Partnership since January 2023. With experience spanning over two decades, Punit has held various significant roles, including HR Data & Insights Manager at Howden Group Holdings and People Data & Insight Manager at Costa Coffee, where responsibilities included leading the people's data agenda and managing teams to meet business needs. Prior roles include Reporting and Data Process Lead on the MyWorkday Project at Whitbread, and Insights & Research Manager at British American Tobacco.
