Charles Kapur

Charles Kapur is a seasoned banking professional currently serving as SVP and Director of Deposit Services at John Marshall Bank since September 2025, where Charles focuses on developing strategies for commercial clients in the Washington DC Metro Area. Prior experience includes leading the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce as President & CEO from October 2019 to September 2025, and holding several positions at John Marshall Bank from 2019, notably as Vice President and Treasury Services Sales Manager. Charles played a pivotal role in launching the Treasury Services Division at Access National Bank and has a solid background in client relationship management and treasury solutions. Charles holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.S. in Management from George Mason University.
