Ann Orders

Ann Orders has extensive leadership experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Population Health, Care Management, and Continuum Services at John Muir Health since 2016. In this role, Ann develops and implements community-based Population Health strategies focusing on prevention and coordinated care. Prior to this, Ann held various leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente from 2007 to 2015, including Regional Executive Director for Continuum of Care and Health Care Reform, where Ann led initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency for over 4 million members across Northern California. Ann's earlier roles include Vice President positions at St. Joseph Health System and Baptist Hospitals and Health System, with responsibilities spanning business development, strategic planning, and managed care contracting. Academic credentials include a Master of Health Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Michigan State University, along with completion of the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard University.
