Sharon Lirio

Sharon Lirio is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical laboratory science. Currently serving as Cross Campus Supervisor and CLS Technical Specialist at John Muir Health since September 2016, Sharon has previously held significant roles such as Technical Lead CLS-Hematology/Coagulation/Urinalysis at Queen of the Valley Medical Center and Lead Clinical Laboratory Scientist at both Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District and El Centro Regional Medical Center. Sharon's expertise includes performing method validation studies, implementing new instrumentation, and overseeing hematology and coagulation departments. Sharon began a career as a Medical Technologist at Chong Hua Hospital after earning a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Cebu Doctors' University in 2001.
