Aude Cochi

Aude Cochi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, project management, and customer service within the hospitality and food service sectors. As the Deputy Director of Marketing and Project Loyalty Project Manager for John Paul since August 2022, Aude builds on a solid foundation of prior roles, such as Digital & Operational Excellence Manager at Pariltim Newrest, where significant ERP system implementations were completed. Aude's career began with internships at prestigious establishments like Shangri-La Vancouver and Hôtel Plaza Athénée, developing skills in finance, customer management, and marketing. Aude holds an International Bachelor Degree in Hospitality and Food Service Management from Institut Paul Bocuse, alongside additional qualifications in hotel management and sommelier studies.
