Carlos Duran

Carlos Duran currently serves as the Senior Manager of Construction Projects at JPS Health Network since June 2025. Prior to this role, Carlos held various positions at Texas Health Resources, including Special IS Facilities/Application/Construction Project Manager from September 2013 to June 2025, where responsibilities included managing multiple large-scale infrastructure and clinical projects and leading cross-functional teams. Carlos also worked as the ITS Field Services Team Lead, supervising technical staff to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements. Earlier experience includes serving as a Desktop Support Analyst and contractor for ITS Field Services at TEKsystems, focusing on IT improvement initiatives and major deployments. Carlos holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration/Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Information System Security from ITT Technical Institute, along with an Associate of Science in Computer Network Systems.
