Melinda Costin

Melinda Costin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Melinda began their career as a CIO at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in 1974, followed by a role as CIO at Ellis Hospital until 1979. Melinda then worked for McDonnell Douglas as a Manager until 1989. From 1989 to 2001, they served as a Manager at 3M Health Information Systems. Melinda then joined Healthlink as a Vice President from 2001 to 2005 and later became a Service Area Leader at Healthlink, an IBM Company, until 2007. Melinda then worked at Baylor Health Care System as a VP of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Applications from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they also served as a Board Member at CHIME Board from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Melinda holds the position of Sr. Vice President and CIO at JPS Health Network since 2013.

Melinda Costin, FCHIME, CHCIO, FHIMSS, CPHIMS completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Foreign Relations from Mount Holyoke College. Melinda also attended James Blair High School.
