Melanie Rippstein

Melanie Rippstein has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Melanie currently holds the position of Vice President People & Culture at Jurgensen Companies, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Organizational Development at Jurgensen Companies from 2017 to 2022.

Before joining Jurgensen Companies, Melanie worked at Pinnacle Employer Services for over 13 years. Melanie held the position of Senior Advisor and was responsible for developing and managing client relationships, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, and employment practices. Melanie started their career at 917 Partners in 2001, where they served as an HR Assistant, Bookkeeper, and Receptionist. Melanie handled administrative HR functions, including benefit administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee files. Melanie also managed all bookkeeping functions and served as the receptionist for the law office.

Melanie Rippstein attended Northern Kentucky University from 1998 to 2003 and obtained a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations. In addition to their degree, they have several certifications. In 2006, Melanie earned the Professional in Human Resources certification. Melanie then obtained the Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst certification in November 2008, followed by the Certified Professional Values Analyst certification in December 2008. In April 2009, they achieved the Certified Professional TriMetrix Analyst and Certified Professional TTI DNA Analyst certifications. In 2011, Melanie obtained the Certified Professional TriMetrix HD Analyst certification. Melanie furthered their professional development by earning the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in May 2012. Lastly, in January 2015, they obtained both the SHRM Senior Certified Professional - SCP and SHRM-SCP certifications, contributing to their expertise in the field of human resources.
