Gwen Vanloo

Gwen VanLoo, CPA, has a range of work experience in finance and accounting. Gwen started their career as a Senior Accountant at Simpson Property Group in 2001 and worked there until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Fund Accountant at ProLogis. Gwen then became a Senior Accountant Supervisor at Archstone-Smith from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they were a Budget Manager at Cherry Creek School District from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they held two roles at Washington University in St. Louis, first as an Accounting Supervisor for Off Campus Housing, and later as a Senior Business Manager for Professional Education. In 2015, they became the Director of Finance at Hodges University until 2016. Currently, they are working at John R. Wood Properties, where they started as a Controller in 2016 and later became the CFO in 2017.

Gwen VanLoo, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Missouri State University in the years 1994 to 1999.
