Kevin Dugan

Kevin Dugan is an experienced professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as a Leadership Development Partner (Supervisor) at Inspiro since April 2022, where key contributions include fostering stakeholder relationships and enhancing participation in training programs. Over a career spanning various roles since 1999, Kevin has also been a Personality Development Facilitator with John Robert Powers, a Chief Facilitator at Acuerdo KDI focusing on emotional intelligence, and held project management positions at both the IT & Business Process Association of the Philippines and SHORE Solutions Inc. Additionally, Kevin has a foundational background in customer service from positions at JPMorgan Chase and Advanced Contact Solutions, and has served as Marketing Director at the Arts Research and Training Institute. Kevin's education includes a BA in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines and recent advanced studies in Workplace Learning Development from Harvard and De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
