Nilo Inocentes

Nilo Inocentes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hotel management and training. Currently serving as a Learning Facilitator at John Robert Powers since May 2022, Nilo also operates as a Certified Life Coach since June 2020. Previously held the position of Training and Quality Manager at Oriental Hotels & Resorts since March 2018, and was Hotel Manager at Palm Plaza Hotel from March 2013 to June 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and providing 5-star service training. Nilo's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Best Western Hotel La Corona Manila from June 2005 to May 2011, focusing on customer service, budgeting, business planning, and quality management. Nilo holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo de Manila University and has completed Intermediate French studies at Alliance Francaise de Manille, demonstrating fluency in English and basic proficiency in French and Spanish.
