Victoria Elms

Victoria Elms is a seasoned professional with experience in foreign news editing, digital investigations journalism, and digital news production. Victoria has also worked as a researcher at various organizations, including Action on Armed Violence and Observer Research Foundation. Currently, Victoria is a Fellow at the John Schofield Trust. Victoria graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
