Jost Wahlen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Jost currently holds the position of Head of Learning, Leadership Development and Inclusion at John Sisk & Son Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Allianz Insurance, where they served as the Head of Talent, Learning & Development and later as the Head of Learning & Development. Jost was also the Diversity and Inclusion lead during their time at Allianz. Jost has also worked at Bombardier Transportation as the Director of Workforce Development and HR Business Partner for International Functions. Jost started their career at Palm Europe Ltd. as an HR Manager for Europe. Before that, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager/Senior Consultant and at ITB Consulting as a Consultant/Business Psychologist. Throughout their career, Jost has led various projects, developed leadership programs, and focused on learning and development initiatives.
Jost Wahlen holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology from Kiel University, specializing as a Diplom-Psychologe. Additionally, they have a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Wirtschaftsakademie Hamburg. Jost Wahlen also has various certifications, including being a judge at the UK Employee Experience Awards and a 20-year membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Jost has also obtained certifications in the Allianz Leadership Passport and Occupational Psychometric Testing from The British Psychological Society.
