Alexandra Angel

Alexandra Angel is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in health and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor at JSI since December 2022, Alexandra previously held the role of Global Impact Marketing Lead at Zipline and dedicated over a decade to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where roles included Associate Director of External Affairs and Senior Editorial Manager. Alexandra has a proven track record in marketing strategy, content development, and managing high-stakes publications, as well as significant contributions to institutional knowledge management. Earlier positions include Communications Advisor at the International Myeloma Foundation and Research Fellow at the National Cancer Institute, focusing on translating scientific findings for public understanding. Alexandra holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from The George Washington University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
