Meghan Gallagher is currently the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Director at JSI, leading the MERL strategy for USAID's MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience. Meghan has also served as a lecturer at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director and Research and Learning Advisor at Save the Children US, Senior Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the RAISE Initiative, and Research Associate at Pfizer Inc. Meghan's career began with teaching as a Business English Professor at Centre Universitaire de Labé and as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher with Teach For America. Meghan holds a PhD in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University and an MPH from Columbia University, along with a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
