Melinda McKay

Behavior Initiative Director at JSI

Melinda mainstreams applied social, ecological, and behavioral science enterprise-wide, and oversees JS's international portfolio of social and behavior change projects and workstreams. She has advised governments, public institutions, and private organizations on behavior change, public-private partnerships, program management, service delivery, organizational redesign, and business growth. Melinda is on UNPO’s expert advisory committee and the boards of the Coprodeli Foundation and ProWoman. She has a BA in commerce from UNSW Sydney’s Business School, an MA in international public policy from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, and is completing a Ph.D. in behavioral science at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, where she taught MSc courses for several years.
