Yvonne Hamby is a seasoned Project Director and Evaluator at John Snow, Inc. (JSI) since January 1999, with extensive experience in leading evaluations and overseeing research projects, focusing on public health initiatives. Key roles include serving as Evaluation Lead for various significant grants, such as the Wyoming Pediatric Mental Health Care Access project and the Treating Addiction in Rural Areas ECHO. Yvonne's expertise spans designing research protocols, data collection, and ensuring ethical compliance through participation in JSI's Institutional Review Board (IRB). Additional experience includes a Senior Associate position at Emory University Regional Training Center and previous roles in community health education and program coordination. Yvonne holds a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Georgia State University.
