Luke Broghan

Luke Broghan possesses a strong background in planning and data analysis, currently serving as a Planner at John Spain Associates since September 2019. Previously, Luke held the position of Data Analyst at Tusla - Child and Family Agency from June 2017 to May 2018. Luke earned a Master's Degree in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin in 2019, following a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, Planning & Environmental Policy from the same institution, completed in 2018.
