Joseph Malixi

Joseph Malixi has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Joseph most recently served as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Johnny Was starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill as the Manager of Field Finance from January 2019 to August 2023. In this role, they served as a regional CFO for over 800 restaurants and was a strategic and financial partner to the operations teams. Joseph also managed sales planning for all restaurants. Before Chipotle, Joseph worked at Pink Taco as the Director of Finance in 2018, and at Live Nation Entertainment as the Manager of Financial Planning Analysis from 2010 to 2018. Joseph also held positions at Specialty Restaurant Corporation, SC Fuels/United Fuel and Energy, RPM Consolidated Services, and SEIU Local 721, gaining experience in accounting and finance throughout their career.

Joseph Malixi earned their Bachelor's degree in Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Joseph attended the university from 2001 to 2005 and specialized in Management with a minor in Accounting.
