Laura Boling, MBA, SHRM-CP

Laura Boling, MBA, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Laura began their career in 2008 as a Teller at 1st Mariner Bank. In 2010, they joined Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union and held the roles of Member Service Representative, Front Desk Member Service Representative, Member Service Center Representative, Training and Development Coordinator, Training and Development Manager, and Organizational Development Manager. In their role as Front Desk Member Service Representative, they were responsible for meeting and greeting entering members, potential members, Board members, and vendors, and answering basic account questions and completing basic account maintenance.

Laura Boling obtained their Associate's Degree from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2010. Laura then went on to receive their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College in 2013. In 2015, they earned their Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In December of 2015, they were awarded their MBA from the University of Maryland University College. In January of 2022, they were certified as a SHRM-CP by SHRM.
