Sonja Crosby, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources field. Sonja began their career in 1994 as an Office Assistant at Marriott Management Services. In 1998, they moved to MECU as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2003, they began working at AACUC as an Internship Coordinator. Finally, in 2006, they began working at Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union, first as a Human Resources Manager, then as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and finally as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Sonja Crosby holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained in 2002. Sonja also holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Towson University, obtained in 1990. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: SHRM-SCP from SHRM in January 2018 and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2016.
