Evangeline Cummings

Evangeline Cummings serves as the Executive Director of Advanced Academic Programs Strategy and Graduate Programs at The Johns Hopkins University since April 2024. Previously, Cummings held the role of Senior Assistant Provost and Director of UF Online at the University of Florida from July 2015 to December 2023. Cummings also worked at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as the Director of the Strategic Management Division from June 1999 to April 2015 and was a Site Assessor at PMT and Associates in 1997-1998. Cummings holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University's Whiting School of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Florida. Additionally, Cummings has a certificate in Dutch Culture and Society from Utrecht University.
