Jay M.

Jay M. serves as the Senior Director of Facility Operations at The Johns Hopkins University since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Project Development and Delivery Strategies at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority from August 2020 to January 2022, and a distinguished career as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from May 1993 to November 2020, culminating as a Captain (O6). Jay M. has held various senior leadership roles within the Navy, including Senior Program Manager at Naval District Washington and Associate Vice President for Planning, Design, Construction and Facilities at the United States Naval Academy.
