Jeremy Purcell

Jeremy Purcell is a Faculty Research Scientist at the Maryland Neuroimaging Center since August 2018 and an Associate Research Scientist at Johns Hopkins University since June 2012. With a focus on the brain basis of spelling and orthography in the CogNeuro Lab, Jeremy has also contributed as a Cognitive Neuroscience Instructor, developing and leading interactive undergraduate sessions. Past roles include Post-Doctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins University, Teaching Assistant and Instructor at Georgetown University, and Editorial Writer for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America. Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Physiology and Psychology from Michigan State University.
