Jess Dress

Jess Dress has extensive experience in higher education and athletics, holding positions such as Director of Employer Engagement and Senior Life Design Educator for Student-Athletes at The Johns Hopkins University from January 2021 to June 2023, where programming focused on life design and reducing inequities for underrepresented students. Prior roles at the University of Oregon include Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development, leading mentorship programs and annual awards ceremonies, as well as Graduate Manager for Women's Basketball, where marketing campaigns and data analytics were utilized to enhance engagement. Earlier experiences include positions with the Baltimore Ravens and Connors Group, where marketing and operational efficiency were key focuses. Jess Dress obtained an MBA in Sports Business from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.
