Kristen Carr is an accomplished lacrosse coach and player with extensive experience in both coaching and sports management. Currently, Kristen serves as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at The Johns Hopkins University since July 2020 and at Stanford University since November 2015. Kristen has been a player for US Lacrosse, earning titles such as 2013 and 2017 World Cup Gold Medalist and 2017 World Games Gold Medalist. Previous coaching roles include Associate Head Coach at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics (July 2019 - June 2020), Corporate Associate for the Delaware Sports Commission (August 2014 - August 2015), and Assistant Lacrosse Coach at the University of Delaware (August 2011 - May 2014). Early coaching experience includes a Volunteer Assistant Lacrosse Coach position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (December 2010 - July 2011). Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
