Sandy Alexander

Sandy Alexander is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and external communications. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Johns Hopkins University since August 2014, Sandy has prior experience as the Director of Communications at the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included managing marketing materials and media relations. Earlier career roles include Freelance Writer and Editor, and Staff Reporter at The Baltimore Sun. Sandy holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in communication from Cornell University.
