Sarah Trzepacz

Faculty Instructor/ Thesis Director at Johns Hopkins University

Sarah Trzepacz is an experienced User Experience Designer currently serving as Lead User Experience Designer at EPAM Systems since August 2016 and as Senior User Experience Consultant at Aquilent since March 2012. In their roles, Sarah has led significant projects such as the Find Local Help redesign for HealthCare.gov, conducting stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and employing various analytics tools for data-driven improvements. Sarah also contributes as a Faculty Instructor and Thesis Director at The Johns Hopkins University, advising graduate students in science writing and creative writing. Previously, Sarah held positions at the National Association of Realtors as a Web Content Strategist and at the University of Maryland in various web-related roles, developing and editing online content. Sarah holds a Master of Library Science from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Creative Writing from The University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wellesley College.
