Javier Ester Duxans has a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and logistics. With experience in companies like Johnson Controls – Hitachi Air Conditioning, Raventós Codorníu, and Nidec Motor Corporation, Javier has been responsible for managing the Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance of various projects. Their expertise includes customer demand analysis, MRP process execution, and ERP system maintenance. Having also worked as an SAP Consultant at everis, Javier has experience in implementing RFID technology with ERP systems. Javier holds a Final Project of Engineer's Degree from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and an Engineer's degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
