Ayushi Jha

Ayushi Jha is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Operations Centre Shift Manager at Johnson Controls, embedded with Microsoft since April 2025. Prior to this role, Ayushi worked as Site Lead at Pinkerton for two years, where involvement included working on the PDP at Meta. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in Business Risk Management at Flipkart and Shift Incharge at Vedanta Limited in the Aluminium Business. Ayushi also completed internships at Tata Motors and Balco, Inc., gaining valuable insight into vehicle functionality and aluminum processing, respectively. Educational qualifications include a PGP in Business Analytics from MIT World Peace University and an Executive Program in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, along with an M. Tech in Quality Management from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jagdalpur.
