Cortney Grant

Cortney Grant, CSMR, CDR, serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls since November 2023. Previously, Cortney held multiple leadership positions at Amazon Web Services from August 2021 to November 2023, directing global recruiting strategies and achieving high manager satisfaction scores. Earlier experiences include serving as Recruiting Manager at Amazon, where significant contributions were made to team development, diversity initiatives, and operational hiring strategies. Cortney also established the recruiting team at Black Rifle Coffee Company and has held talent acquisition roles at Starbucks, S&P Global, Microsoft, Dell, and Western Union. Cortney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University.
