Craig Woods

Craig Woods possesses extensive experience in the HVAC industry, having worked in various technical and managerial roles since 1984. Currently serving as the Technical Product Support Manager at Johnson Controls since December 2005, Craig leads product technical support initiatives across Europe, collaborating with diverse operational teams and product organizations. Prior to this role, Craig held multiple positions at York International, including UK Training Center Manager for the EMEA region, and progressed through technical and supervisory roles at York MIAC, Carrier UK, and Airco Engineering. Craig's educational background includes an HND in Technical Engineering from Durban Technical College and additional studies at Open University and local high schools.
