Elyn Tyson-McDowell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development for Residential Light & Commercial Products at Johnson Controls, Elyn has also held roles such as Global Director of Engagement Programs and Director of Program Management within the organization. Elyn's career includes positions at Junior Achievement of Wisconsin as a Board Member, HD Supply Facilities Maintenance as Product Marketing Manager and HVAC and Government Merchant, Grainger as Strategic Account Manager for Aerospace & Geothermal Manufacturing, and TransPerfect as Senior Director of Government Sales. Elyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Central Michigan University and is pursuing an MBA in Finance & Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to be completed in January 2025.
