Irina Todoran Koitz

Irina Todoran Koitz is a seasoned professional in data strategy and analytics, currently serving as Director of Data Strategy and Intelligence at Johnson Controls since October 2024. Previously, Irina held the position of Director of Product Data at Johnson & Johnson from December 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included driving global data strategy for internal product data. Prior experience at Siemens from April 2019 to October 2022 involved defining the global data and AI strategy for Smart Infrastructure and leading a global data analytics team. Irina's career began with research and teaching roles at the University of Zurich, culminating in a PhD in Computer Science from the same institution. Additional professional development includes an EMSEL program from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018.
