Mohamed Ibrahim Traore

Mohamed Ibrahim Traore, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Energy Solutions Development Engineer at Johnson Controls since April 2024. Prior to this role, Traore worked as a Building Systems Analyst at RYCOM from September 2022 to April 2024 and held positions at Regulvar Inc. as a Project Manager and Building Automation Systems Designer between August 2020 and September 2022. Earlier in the career, Traore was a Technical Sales Representative at Techno Pak and served as Drivetrain Team Lead for the Formula uOttawa racing team from September 2016 to December 2018, where the focus was on designing and building a Formula SAE car for competition. Additional experience includes roles as a General Maintenance Summer Student at Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation, Maintenance Engineer Assistant at SONACOS SA, and Field Coordinator at SGE-EQUIP. Traore earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2019.
