Dan Milam has over 30 years of experience in information technology and management roles. Dan started their career as an Electronics Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard and later became a Computer Specialist. After leaving the Coast Guard, Dan worked at Microsoft as a Software Support Engineer. Dan then moved on to Pilgrim's Pride Corporation as a Network Administrator. Following that, Dan joined Chemical Lime Company, where they held multiple managerial positions, including Manager of Industrial Information Technology, Manager of IT Operations, and Manager of Business Services. In these roles, they implemented and managed IT infrastructure and systems, developed technology strategies, and facilitated technology-based solutions for business users. Most recently, Dan served as the Information Technology Director for Johnson County Texas.
Dan Milam attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2001, studying Business Management. Dan later obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from American InterContinental University.

Recording Section The Land Records/Vital Statistic department of the County Clerk's office is where all real property information is filed. You can obtain marriage licenses, birth and death certificates, passports and assumed name certificates. This department also covers Brands, Military Discharge DD-214's, and Plats. Court Section All cases heard by the County Court At Law No. 1 and County Court At Law No. 2 originate with the County Clerk - Court Section. The role of the Court Section is to accept the initial filing of cases, record all instruments filed in each case, make them available to the court as required, and to inform the parties of important actions in the case by issuing appropriate process as requested. All fines and court costs are due at the time of sentencing unless arrangements are made for installment payments. Law Library The Johnson County Law Library is a basic research facility open to the Legal Community and to the general public.
