Brian Duncan

Brian Duncan is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in development and construction management. Currently serving as Development Manager at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. since June 2022, Brian previously held multiple roles, including Preconstruction Manager, Project Engineer, and Engineer at Clark Construction Group from July 2016 to June 2022. Brian holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies (2018-2020) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University (2012-2016). Brian's educational background is complemented by a strong foundation established at Charlotte Country Day School, where a high school diploma was obtained in 2012.
