Previously, Manny held the position of Area Manager at NOLA Hotel Group from September 2012 to September 2015, managing hotel operations, revenue, and renovations for multiple properties in New Orleans. Earlier roles include General Manager positions at Blake Hotel New Orleans and Parc St. Charles Hotel, and Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center, where Manny also handled accounting functions. Leveraging Ron’s 14-year career with Marriott and decades of executive and management experience, they obtained a Courtyard franchise and successfully developed and built the Courtyard Palo Alto-Los Altos, a hotel they still own and manage to this day.
