Bas Zwart

Bas Zwart is currently the Global Head of Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, and Business Stakeholder Management. They have held various key roles at Johnson & Johnson, including HR Business Partner Benelux, Change Lead EMEA, and HR Director MD&D Benelux. Additionally, Bas has experience as a consultant at Droomfabriek and as a Manager of Operations at Piet Zwart Bedrijfswagens B.V. They are also a lecturer at the European Institute for Sales, focusing on Leading Change Successfully, and have completed degrees at London Business School and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Bas began their career as a trainee at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and later worked as a recruitment consultant at Vitae Nederland B.V.
