Carlos Leon is a professional with experience in biomedical engineering and manufacturing. At Bristol Myers Squibb, Carlos worked as a Manufacturing Associate in CAR T, where responsibilities included equipment operation for cell culture and cryopreservation, as well as participation in SOP reviews and deviation investigations. As an Engineer I Specialist, Carlos designed experiments in process development labs. Prior to this, Carlos served as a Research Fellow at NYU Langone Health, where statistical analysis of surgical data was conducted and presented at an international conference. As a Research Assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology, Carlos manufactured biodegradable polymers for orthopedic applications and contributed to research manuscripts. Currently, Carlos holds the position of Scientist 2 at Johnson & Johnson. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
