Eline Hermans is an accomplished researcher and scientist with extensive experience in the field of biopharmaceutics and material sciences. Initially serving as a PhD Researcher at KU Leuven from September 2010 to August 2014, Eline focused on fundamental research related to liquid-air interfaces and their impact on lung fluids. Eline held a Visiting Research Scholar position at Stanford University for a brief period in early 2014, studying lung surfactant flow. Following this, Eline worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson from April 2017 to March 2019, progressing through various titles including Senior Scientist and Principle Scientist in Manufacturing Sciences & Technology and Biopharmaceutics. Currently, Eline serves as Senior Manager of Material Sciences at Johnson & Johnson, starting in October 2024. Eline further enhanced managerial skills with education from Antwerp Management School between 2021 and 2022.
