Katherine Kim is a regulatory strategy and policy leader with over a decade of experience at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where they held positions in both the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) and the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER). They have specialized in driving innovation through regulatory solutions, streamlining review processes, and implementing significant policy initiatives. Currently, Katherine serves as the Director of Global R&D Policy and Strategic Initiatives at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead cross-functional teams to enhance regulatory policies and advance partnerships. Additionally, Katherine is pursuing a Master’s Degree at the University of Maryland College Park and has a Project Management Certification from Duke University.
