Lynne Szczepaniak has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, holding various high-level positions in regulatory affairs and safety. Currently serving as the Vice President and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Kenvue, Lynne leads a large team responsible for regulatory affairs, operations, and policy. Prior to this role, Lynne worked at Johnson & Johnson as VP and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs. With a background in Clinical Nutrition from RIT, Lynne has a proven track record of success in managing regulatory operations and ensuring compliance within organizations such as Procter & Gamble Health Care and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals.
