Parag Dalsania

Parag Dalsania is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Director of Large Molecule Product Portfolio & Network Strategy at Johnson & Johnson since November 2021, Parag Dalsania is responsible for site selection and long-term network strategies for monoclonal antibody and protein therapeutics manufacturing. Prior roles include Director of Value Stream Lead at Ethicon, Inc., where responsibilities included optimizing supply chain performance for the Biologics Value Stream. With previous positions at Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries, including roles as Director of Strategic Support Lead and various management roles in External Supply Integration, Parag Dalsania has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management and product ownership. Parag Dalsania holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
