Patricia Bugaj

Patricia Bugaj has extensive experience in quality engineering and supplier management, currently serving as a Quality Operations Manager at Johnson & Johnson since January 2016, where roles have included Supplier Quality Engineer Team Lead and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. Prior to this, Patricia worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Lead Supplier Quality Engineer from July 2014 to January 2016, and at GE Transportation from October 2009 to July 2014, where various positions included Supplier Quality Engineer and participation in the Operations Management Leadership Program. Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from Roger Williams University (2005-2009).
