Paulette Frank

Paulette Frank is the current Chief Sustainability Officer at Johnson & Johnson. Paulette has held various positions at Johnson & Johnson over the past 24 years, including Worldwide Vice President, Environmental Health, Safety & Sustainability, and Vice President Consumer Sustainability. Paulette has been a driving force behind the company's commitment to sustainability, helping to create a healthy future for people, our communities, and the planet.

Paulette Frank received their B.S. in Biology from Duke University and their Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment.

They are on a team with Alain Crottaz - VP, Enterprise Supply Chain Planning, Carol Montandon - Chief Quality Officer, J&J and Global VP Quality & Compliance, and Rae Ann Cook - VP, Supply Chain Culture & Capability Development. Paulette Frank reports to Kathy Wengel, EVP & Chief Global Supply Chain Officer.
