Petr Dlabac

Petr Dlabac is the Talent Acquisition Lead at Johnson & Johnson, where they oversee recruitment strategies for financial roles across EMEA. Previous to this, Petr held several positions at Amazon, including Recruiting Intern, Recruitment Coordinator, and Recruiter, where they managed candidate experiences and facilitated interviews across Europe. Petr earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague and an additional BA in HR and psychology from the College of Human Resources Management in Prague, Podskalska.
