Steven Lehmann is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data Science & Analytics Strategy EMEA at Johnson & Johnson since October 2022. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple leadership positions at UCB from February 2011 to October 2022, including Head of Global Analytics & Data Foundation and Head of Digital Transformation in Finance. Steven's expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and the effective management of business intelligence initiatives. With a strong educational background in Innovation Management & Technology Management (M.Sc.) and Information Management (B.Sc.), both from FOM, Steven combines advanced analytical skills with a focus on stakeholder management in financial and HR reporting.
